SPAARC is developed by a team of engineers and computer scientists with multi-disciplinary skills in the Life Imaging and Data Analytics Lab established at Cardiff University School of Engineering.

The implementation of SPAARC in Hero Imaging was funded through a grant from the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales.
